Last night was one of the worst episodes of Big Brother I've ever seen and it wasn't because of the show itself. In fact, I can sum up the reason in two words: Brendon and Rachel. When season 13 premiered, I was psyched because we got to see the return of (my favorite Big Brother pair) Jeff and Jordan. I never really liked Brendon and Rachel, however, I thought it was cool that Brenchal, Jeff, Jordan, Danielle and Evil Dick formed an alliance right off the bat. So for the first few weeks, I was really loving the show. Of course, it was inevitable that Rachel would do something to get the whole house to hate her. The funny thing is Rachel isn't a bad person. It's her constant bitching and moaning that people get fed up with and last night was a perfect example.Danielle won the title of HOH (Head of Household) last week and she found it in her best interest to put up Brendon and Rachel for eviction. Of course, Brendon won the POV (Power of Veto) competition (as usual) but instead of taking himself off the block, he used the POV on Rachel hoping to blindside Danielle. So as a replacement for Rachel, Danielle put up Jordan with the hope that everyone would vote to evict Brendon...and that's exactly what happened. So the entire episode, we get to see Rachel crying her eyes out because she can't handle being in the house without her knight in shining armor. So last night's evicted houseguest was indeed Brendon.
Rachel made it very clear to America that she would be going after Danielle full force. At one point on the show, Danielle Told Kalia that she needed to win the HOH competition and sure enough, she did and once again, I'm led to believe that the show is somehow rigged. I mean, the competition had the houseguests answering questions about former houseguests and Kalia knew the answers before the full questions were even read. So yeah, something's fishy there in my opinion. Rigged or now, however, I'll still be tuning in every week, crossing my fingers that either Jeff or Jordan walks away with the $500,000.
