The most recent series of CBS' reality series "Big Brother" pulled in its highest ratings ever making it one of the top shows all summer long. Well, for those of you who can't wait for next summer for the series to return, you can always find the latest updates on "Grande Fratello" which is the Italian version of "Big Brother".
