Possible directors for 'Twilight: Breaking Dawn'. According to MTV News, Kristen Stewart, star of Summit Entertainment's popular vampire series "The Twilight Saga", recently confirmed reports of possible directors that could be hired to helm the final installment in the wildly successful franchise titled "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn".

Stewart confirmed reports that two-time Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant, Sofia Coppola ("Lost in Translation") and Bill Condon ("Dreamgirls") are all filmmakers who have apparently been approached by Summit Entertainment to helm "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn".

Sorry, while I admire each and every one of the above directors for their brilliance, I can't see any of them directing a movie with the word 'Twilight' in the title. I was just beginning to get excited for the franchise to make the transition from a tedious romance-fest to a action-packed adventure. If any of these directors wound up attached to "Breaking Dawn", I might as well declared the remainder of the franchise doomed.
