'Twilight: Eclipse' rough cut complete. David Slade, director of Summit Entertainment's third installment in their popular vampire series titled "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" has been keeping fans up-to-date on the progress of the film over the past few months via his Twitter page. His latest updates revolve around the editing process in which he is "cutting like crazy." Just prior to that he confirmed a first director's cut was completed and screened to the studio for the first time.

Following in the footsteps of "New Moon" director Chris Weitz, Slade tweeted that he was adding more Edward Cullen to the movie than what was featued in the book by Stephenie Meyer. Of course, while the rough cut of the film is complete, fans are eagerly anticipating a trailer of some sort, however, Summit Entertainment has yet to release any footage from the film. Slade has assured fans that a trailer is in the hands of the studio thus he has no say so as to when it is released.
