'Vampire Diaries' ep 12 spoilers: Elena gets hunted. Yep, it's that time again. Time for your daily dose of spoilers for The CW's new hit series "The Vampire Diaries". The upcoming episode is titled "Unpleasantville" and marks the 12th episode in the show's first season. From the looks of things, Elena has a lot to worry about as she appears to be hunted by a new vampire.

In the episode, Stefan and Damon attempt to figure out the identity of the new vampire that has dropped by Mystic Falls just in time for lunch. Stefan will give Elena jewelry filled with Vervain to protect her family and friends.

Meanwhile, Ben will come to Bonnie's side after realizing that Damon's bothering her. Damon and Stefan with accompany Elena at the school dance that, of course, has a 50s theme and that's when Alaric (Matthew Davis) will introduce himself to Damon.
