E-mailWelcome home Lil Wayne! It seems like it's been forever since we first heard Lil Wayne was headed to jail, doesn't it? He served 8 months of his 1-year sentence after getting locked up in March. The artist was jailed after pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon last year after his tour bus was stopped and a gun was foud in 2007.
According to reports, renowned event planner Colin Cowie is organizing a royal-themed homecoming for Weezy, set for Sunday in Miami, Florida. Hundreds of guests are expected to appear including Cash Money Records CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams, Drake, Kevin Rudolf and Jay Sean.
Okay Lil Wayne, don't be like T.I. and do something stupid to land yourself behind bars again. You're at an extremely high point in your career and we know you have potential to rise even higher. Anyway, that's my two cents. What do you guys think? Are you glad to see Weezy back in the real world?
