New Robert Pattinson pics, release date confirmed. We've been seeing dozens of photos appear online from Robert Pattinson's upcoming movie "Water For Elephants" yet the release date had yet to be announced. That all changed yesterday when Box Office Mojo revealed that the film will be hitting theater April 15th, 2011.
 
Robert Pattinson, who plays Edward Cullen in Summit Entertainment's wildly popular vampire series "The Twilight Saga" will play a veterinary student in "Water For Elephants" who joins a circus circuit and meets a beautiful woman (Reese Witherspoon) who's a performer in one of the acts. She is married to a man (Christoph Waltz) who's a twisted animal trainer.
