'Twilight' bosses to sue over documentary. The folks behind Summit Entertainment's popular "Twilight" franchise are suing the makers of a documentary revolving around the city featured in the films, alleging the cover art is far too similar to their own DVD release.

Executives at Summit have made a documentary about Forks, Washington to correspond with the DVD launch of "New Moon" due out on retailer shelves next month. However, a new lawsuit alleges that the release of "Twilight in Forks: The Saga of the Real Town" has been marred by a similar documentary from Topics Entertainment, also centering around the area where the vampire stories take place on the big screen.
