"Jumper" has marvelous backbone, but remains unstable through the majority of its runtime. It's an excellent sci-fi concept revolving around an extraordinary group of humans who are able to teleport or 'jump' to any place on earth at any given time. As the film's main character David (Christensen) states at one point, these jumpers are on top of the world. ...
