Oddly enough, we haven't come across any spoilers for the 11th episode of The CW's new hit series "The Vampire Diaries", however, we do have a few new spoilers for episode 12. Also, the show will not be returning until January 14, 2010. Why the long wait CW? In any case, in the 12th episode, Elena and Damon will be taking a road trip. There'll be more flashbacks involving Damon and Stefan's father, Giuseppe. He's described as a handsome, no-nonsese businessman of Italian heritage in his mid-40's. Matt Davis will be in town due to his secret agenda. Meanwhile, Matt and Caroline's relationship will continue to heat up.

"Vampire Diaries" will also reveal more unknown information about the history of the town in future episodes, never venturing from the primary characters and the central, epic love story. However, the show will eventually expand.
