Reese Witherspoon gets engaged! Reese Witherspoon is reportedly engaged to Hollywood agent Jim Toth. "They are engaged and extremely happy!" her rep tells TVGuide.com.
 
Witherspoon, 34, has reportedly been dating Jim Toth for about a year. Toth works at the Creative Artists Agency and represents the actress.
 
This will be Reese's second marriage. She was previously married to "Breach" star Ryan Phillippe, but divorced him in 2007 after seven years of marriage. The two have two children, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7. She later dated her "Rendition" co-star Jake Gyllenhaal from 2007-09. Jake is now rumored to be dating country singer Taylor Swift.
