Ian Somerhalder kisses fan in photo. The cast of The CW's hit series "The Vampire Diaries" have been making appearances at various Hot Topic stores around the country. Both stars Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley have been present at nearly every, if not all of the fan events that have taken place in an attempt to promote the series.

I don't know who this fan is in the following photo, but I know she's lucky. With her hand in his hand, Ian Somerhalder is gazing into the fan's eyes while kissing her hand. Gasp! No, but I'm sure that short moment made the fan's day. I know it would make mine.
