The actress travelled to India to film a documentary for BBC on the topic of child trafficking and reportedly posted via her Twitter page that she helped rescue 40 workers in one day. "She was not even in the country when this raid happened", social activist Bhuwan told reporters. The activist recently stated that he plans on issuing a complaint with the BBC and may even get the law involved. The BBC, of course, attempted to back up Lohan's claims stating the actress was "merely referring to a raid that happened connected to child trafficking" and "did not say she was present at the raid.
